SHRIMP OMELET

Another heavy but helpful pair for breakfast for everyone.

Ingredients

1/4 kilo shrimp, cleaned and diced
2 eggs, beaten
3 pieces spring onions, chopped
3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Procedure
1. In low heat, stir fry shrimp in a skillet until half cook.
2. Add the eggs and sautee.
3. Add spring onions then season with salt.
4. continue sauteeing until all are mixed well.

Tips
Best served as rice toppings.
