STIR FRY VEGETABLES

A recipe very great for diet!

Ingredients

1 medium carrot, julienne cut
1 small head cabbage, sliced into pieces
1 small cauliflower, cut into pieces
5 pieces green beans, cut into pieces
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Pinch or more of chili flakes or hot chili oil ( or both)
1/4 cup vegetable stock
oil for frying
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure
1. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry garlic for 1 minute.
2.Add the carrots, cauliflower, green beans and cabbage and continue stir frying.
3. Add the vegetable stock and let simmer.
4. Mix the chili flakes and chili oil.
5. Season with salt and pepper.

Tips
Try inventing with other vegetables.
Can also be mixed with cooked noodles.
