Adobo is a native home made dish of Philippines. The perfect blend of all the spices made the authenticity taste of the food. Accompanied with spices and herbs that gives enough protein to the body. A must try recipe that is ideal for lunch and dinner.
RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 kilo pork, cubes2 cups of water, at least
2 medium shallot, slice lengthwise
4 cloves of garlic,sliced lengthwise
3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce
3 to 5 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp cooking oil
slice of ginger, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
1. Bring to boil pork,water,garlic,shallot,oil and ginger until medium tender and small amount of water left.
2. Add soy sauce and vinegar, sautee until the pork becomes tender and medium oily.
3. Add pepper and salt according to desired taste.
4. Serve with hot rice.
Note:
Chicken may also be use instead of pork or the combination of two.
These ingredients is subject to change of measurement depending on the taste you wanted.
