Try this mac and cheese tonight!
Ingredients
1 cup macaroni, cooked
1/4 cup or 1/2 stick butter
1 3/4 cup grated cheddar, Colby, or processed cheese
2/3 to cup milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure
1. In a medium heat, melt butter in a sauce pan.
2. Add milk until smoky but not bubbling.
3. Add the cheese, stirring constantly until creamy.
4. Add the macaroni, stir until all are coated. Serve hot.
Tips
This way off cooking mac and cheese tastes different than baking it.. Try it now!
