MASHED POTATOES

There has been so many ways to cook potatoes, preferably mashed potatoes. Here is a good example of another home made recipe of creamy mashed potatoes.

RECIPE

 Ingredients
  3 to 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut 4 to 6 pieces
  1/3 to cup of milk
  1/3 cup of cream cheese
  3 tbsp of butter
  1 and  tspn of salt
  1 and 1/2 tspn of white pepper

 Procedure
  1. Boil potatoes in a medium sauce pan with enough water to cover it until tender.
  2. Drain water and pour potatoes into the mixing bowl, let it cool and beat potatoes until they are well blended but still lumpy.
  3. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Whip potatoes until smooth and creamy.

Variation:
  Add 1 tspn garlic salt.

TIp:
  White pepper does not leave black specs in potatoes like black pepper does.
