Ingredients
1/4 kilo boneless chicken strips
1/4 cup mushroom
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
4 tbsp water
1 tspn minced garlic
1 tspn toasted galic
1 tspn chopped spring onion
2 tbsp butter
Procedure
1. In a skillet heat butter, add garlic,chicken,and 2 tbsp water, toss till chicken is medium cooked.
2. Add the mushroom, barbecue sauce and 2 tbsp of water, simmer for 1 minute.
3. Top with toasted garlic and spring onion. Serve hot.
Tips
Best serve as rice toppings.
