BEEF STEAK

An exciting recipe for lunch and dinner. Flavored from it's marinade, made it a mouth watering dish.

Ingredients

1/2 kilo beef tenderloin cut into fillets
2 to 3 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic,sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 to 4 tbsp calamansi or lime
Oil for frying
Salt
White onion, cut into rings
Pinch of sugar, optional

Procedure

1. Marinade beef in soy sauce, calamansi or lime, salt, onion, garlic for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry beef until medium or nearly cooked already.
3. Add the marinade to the beef, stir, and simmer until slightly oily and golden brown in color.
4. Add sugar, and salt depending on the taste wanted.
5. Garnish with white onions cut into rings
6. Serve with rice.

Makes 2 to 3 servings

Tips:
The marinade makes a different flavor when added to the fried beef.
